INTRODUCTION

Jie Hui Innovative Engineering Pte Ltd (JHI) was established in 2011 in Singapore and supports the Marine and Oil & Gas Industries.

JHI caters to the industries by providing Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance and Control Consultant Services to its client for their procurement projects.

We have Experts in several roles eg. Logistics, Engineering etc. that has more than 25 years of experience with Multi-National Companies (MNC) in their procurement projects in China, India, USA and Europe.

Our Experts are from well known Oil & Gas MNC with experiences in New Vendor Development and Sourcing Projects for specialized companies.

Our Experts are also Consultants to companies from USA for their manufacturing plant in China.

OBJECTIVE

Our objective is to fill the needs of the Marine, Oil and Gas industry through the development and cooperation of the global vendors thus ensuring proper matching of the quality product to the customer.

MARKET

Focus is in the South East Asia Region, Australia and USA. We already have several successes with local partners in terms of machined items and complete equipment.

SERVICES WE OFFER

As a Supply Chain Management and Engineering Partner, we provide the following services to our client:

Market filtering of prices and manufacturers to ensure the most competitive prices from the qualified manufacturers.

Provide an initial assessment on the cost effectiveness in purchasing.

Provide professional Engineering, Quality and HSE consultation and advice to the client during the initial selection of manufacturers.

Manage all the necessary communication between client and vendor for the whole Procurement Phase (RFI, RFQ, In-process, Final Inspection & Delivery).

Manage the initial vendor assessment and qualification.

Manage Quality or HSE Audit and Assessment.

Manage the In-process Inspection and final Customer Acceptance Test.

Monitor the In-process and delivery schedule with constant updating of the progress.

Manage the export and import matter.

Manage Quality Issues, returning and replacement of the defected goods when necessary.
